Free tracked shipping

Shipping is free on every My Real Hold pack to the United States and Canada. The total you pay is always shown at checkout before you confirm your order.

Processing and delivery times

Orders are prepared within 48 hours (business days). Most orders then arrive within 7 to 12 business days. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Delays caused by carriers, customs or extreme weather can happen; if your order takes longer, contact us and we will look into it right away.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you receive an email with your tracking number. You can follow your package at any time on our Track your order page.

Customs, duties and taxes

Prices shown are final for customers in the United States and Canada. We do not ask you to pay extra delivery fees. If a carrier ever asks you for an unexpected fee, contact us before paying.

Wrong address, missing or damaged package

If you need to correct your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible: we can change it as long as the order has not shipped. If your package is late, lost or arrives damaged, email contact@myrealhold.com with your order number (and photos if it is damaged) and we will make it right.
