Try My Real Hold for 60 days. If you are not happy with it, email contact@myrealhold.com within 60 days of delivery with your order number and tell us what went wrong. Our team will reply with the return instructions and the return address. Please contact us before sending anything back: items sent without contacting us first may not be identified.

How refunds work

Once your return is received, or once we have agreed on a solution with you, we refund you to your original payment method. Your bank may take a few business days to show the refund. Original shipping was free, so there is nothing else to refund on that side.

Damaged, faulty or wrong items

If your item arrives damaged, does not work as described or is not what you ordered, contact us with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement or refund you, at no cost to you.

Your legal rights

This guarantee is in addition to the rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your state or province. It does not limit any legal warranty that applies to faulty or misdescribed products.
